1、耐老化性：三元乙丙橡胶具有优异的耐天候、耐臭氧、耐热、耐酸碱、耐水蒸汽、绝缘性能，橡胶制成品在120 ℃条件下可长期使用，在150～200 C下可短暂或间歇使用；
1. Aging Resistance: EPDM Rubber has superior weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water vapor resistance, and insulation performance. Rubber products can be used for a long time under the temperature of 120 ℃, and can be temporarily or used at intervals under the temperature of 150~200℃.
2、耐腐蚀性：由于三元乙丙橡胶缺乏极性，不饱和度低，因而对各种极性化学品如醇、酸、碱、氧化剂、制冷剂、洗涤剂、动植物油、酮和脂等均有较好的抗耐性；但在汽油、苯等及矿物油中稳定性较差；

Corrosion Resistance: Since EPDM Rubber lacks the polarity and the degree of un-saturation is low, it has between resistance to polar chemicals such as the alcohol, acid, alkali, oxidizer, refrigeration agent, scouring agent, animal and vegetable oil, acetone and fat; it has poorer stability in gasoline, benzene and mineral oil;
